Key Features:

1- New Mosque: A serene and welcoming prayer space.

2- After School Clubs/ Madrasa: Advanced educational programs in both religious and secular studies.

3- Food Bank: Providing essential groceries and nutritious meals to those in need.

4- Community Hub: A versatile space for cultural events, social gatherings, and local organizations.

The breakdown of the cost :

1-Mezzanine Construction: 100000£
2- Structural Survey: £3,000
3- Architect and Structural Engineer Fees: £10,000
4- Roof Repair: £5,000
5- Wall Reinforcement: £15,000
Internal Remodeling (creating prayer halls, classrooms, and office spaces): £20,000
6-Electrical Upgrades: £10,000
7- Plumbing Upgrades: £10,000
8- Heating Upgrades: £10000
9- Ablution Area: £17,000
Total: £200,000
